Our team at Forest Lagoon welcomes you. Please note that your visit is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Prices displayed on our website are subject to changes. Forest Lagoon reserves the right to change prices without notice. Prices include VAT and service fees. Purchases made through our website require full payment at the time of purchase with a valid credit card.

You will receive your ticket via email, which contains a code that will be scanned by a staff member on your arrival. Should you not receive an email including your ticket we advise you to contact Forest Lagoon at info@forestlagoon.is the ticket can either be printed or stored on your phone or device. Forest Lagoon reserves the right to request identification of the ticket holder before entering the baths with a valid identity card.

Your ticket grants you entry to Forest Lagoon at a certain date and time. The lagoon can only grant entry to a certain number of guests. If you arrive late, we cannot guarantee availability. In that case your ticket is forfeited.

If you wish to make any changes to your confirmed booking or cancel it, please send us a request via e-mail info@forestlagoon.is  and reference your original booking confirmation number. You cannot change the date or time of a booking after the originally selected date/time has passed.

Tickets purchased in advance can be changed to another date or refunded in the form of a gift cards upon being requested accordingly: 

Cancellation policy for 1- 9 guests

If cancelled less than 24 hours in advance: No refund 

Cancellation policy for groups  
Cancellation fee of 100% is charged if cancelled  

• 10-30 guests at least 4 days before the scheduled time 

• 31-50 guests at least 1 week before the scheduled time 

• 51- 80 guests at least 2 weeks before the scheduled time

Children up to 16 years old must be accompanied by a guardian (18 years or older). Children who cannot swim will be required to wear inflatable armbands (floaties) for safety reasons. Accompanying adult must supervise children at all times. (Forest Lagoon team members may ask to confirm your child's date of birth using a valid ID card and reserve the right to refuse access if one cannot be provided.)

Forest Lagoon reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse entry to, or remove from the lagoon, any person who: 

  • Has behaved in a manner which, in the opinion of Forest Lagoon staff, is detrimental to the safety or enjoyment of other guests. 
  • Has used threatening, abusive, or insulting language or has behaved in a manner that may provoke a breach of the peace. 
  • Is or appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Forest Lagoon staff may ask guests to take a breathalyzer test if there is any indication of a guest being under the influence of alcohol. Guests are not allowed to enter the lagoon if a test shows results above 0.08% alcohol level in blood. Refusing to take a breathalyzer test will result in guests not being granted access, or removal from the premises if access has already been granted.

No kids under the age of 12 years old are allowed in the lagoon after 8pm

The water temperature of Forest Lagoon is between 37-40°C (100-104°F), although it may vary with weather conditions. We also operate a dry Finnish sauna and cold pool. If you have any condition or aversity that makes it unadvisable for you to enter any of these, you should refrain from it or enter at your own responsibility. Our operations are safe and have been licensed by appropriate authorities.

When entering our facilities, guests assume full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of the children in their care. Forest Lagoon disclaims responsibility for any loss, damage, accidents, sickness, or changes in schedule caused by weather, strikes, or any other irregularity outside the company's control and for expenses due to any of these reasons. All such losses and expenses are the personal liability of the guest. Guests who loose their entry-wristband will be charged 5.000 ISK.

Forest Lagoon disclaims responsibility for any guest´s valuables that might get stolen, lost, or damaged during the visit.

Please be aware that floors and walkways may be slippery and/or wet. Exercise caution when walking in wet areas and on stairs.

Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. Please remember that no outside drinks, food, or beverages may be brought into or consumed at Forest Lagoon. It is not allowed to bring your own water bottles. The maximum number of alcoholic drinks per wristband is four drinks. Energy drinks are not served or sold to children under the age of 16. Non-alcoholic beers are not served or sold to those under the age of 18. All drinks are served in glasses.

Smoking, all use of tobacco, nicotine pouches, as well as electronic cigarettes are prohibited in the baths and on the surrounding grounds, although with the exception that you can use a smoking area near the bike stands.

Forest Lagoon offers a range of services and facilities for guests with special needs or disabilities. Our staff will provide support as needed. For more information, please contact info@forestlagoon.is

Swimsuits are required while enjoying the lagoon. We can provide swimsuits for rent.

You must respect the privacy of other guests during your visit and not make, or cause to be made, any excessive noise or behave in a manner likely to disturb other guests. In that regard you must follow instructions from our staff or risk removal from the premises.

You can only take photos or record your visit to Forest Lagoon in a manner subject to express prior approval by Forest Lagoon's staff. The resulting photos or other records would be for private use only and cannot be commercially exploited.

Our gift cards are available for sale here on our website and in the Forest Lagoon reception. Please note that all Forest Lagoon gift cards are non-refundable. However, it is possible to exchange it or upgrade to a preferred package for a fee.
